HOTELTECH 2008 SUCCESS REWIND
Cochin had hosted Kerala's second ever international exposition HotelTech 2008 from May 30- June 1. The three-day exposition at Cochin provided a leading platform for suppliers of products for the hotel industry.

HotelTech 2009, now for the thored time an exposition exclusive for the booming food and hotel industry is being held in Kerala. The exposition will showcase the best in food and beverages, ingredients, additives, spices, equipment for bakers, restaurants & supermarkets, hotel supplies and other services.

During the last year, Kerala has witnessed a boom in the tourism industry with the increased arrival of tourists. This has resulted in many international & local hotel chains investing in new hotel properties and upgrading existing ones.Riding high on the back of the tourism growth in the state, a host of reputed hotel chains recently announced plans for entry in the Cochin market. Holiday Inn has started construction of their 5-Star Hotel, while Muthoot Group plans to set up a Rs. 150 crore 5-Star Hotel in Cochin, Kerala's commercial hub.

Keeping this in mind, the State is again hosting the 3rd Edition of the premier Hotel Suppliers & Equipment Exhibition - HOTELTECH and will be the platform for leading suppliers of products related to the Food & Hospitality sector. This event will also include concurrent conferences and one-to one meetings for the benefit of the buyers and sellers.

HOTELTECH will be an ideal networking platform for national and international F & B Suppliers & hotel suppliers to establish their presence in Kerala.
